PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient production that meets deadlines and QES (Quality, Environment, Safety) standards by managing and developing a motivated team: Organize production according to the schedule by fairly distributing tasks based on each team member’s skills.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement: Update work instructions, manufacturing processes, and Klüber’s organization.
- Lead safety discussions.
- Ensure and improve cleanliness and order in the production area.
- Examination by Analysis.
- Organize effective handovers and communication between shifts.
- Be attentive to workers’ concerns and adapt the work environment to best meet various constraints.
- Maintain a positive working environment and team well-being by defusing conflicts when necessary.
- Improve collaboration and work efficiency with other departments.
Qualifications
- Technical training
- Good command of the French language
- Know-how in personnel management
- Knowledge of and experience with operating technical equipment
- Experience handling chemical products and hazardous substances in particular
- Cooperative attitude and willingness to actively collaborate
- BA4 certification (technical interventions)
- Basic PC skills, especially in Microsoft 365
- Basic English is a plus
