Are you driven by the challenge of managing diverse product portfolios made out from recycled PET materials and optimizing internal processes? Do you enjoy transforming data into strategic marketing insights? As a Product Portfolio Specialist, you will play a central role in managing and improving our global PET product portfolio while actively supporting marketing analytics and decision-making.
Your Role
Marketing Analytics
- Conduct analyses on market share evolution and product segment trends.
- Collect and report market and competitive intelligence from diverse sources (e.g. trade shows, customer feedback, competitor websites, sales team).
- Provide regular updates on competitor strategies.
- Deliver quarterly insights on market trends and drivers, including ad hoc research when needed.
Product Portfolio Management
- Analyze the evolution of the PET product portfolio (e.g. densities, dimensions, market split) using WAM reports and plant feedback.
- Manage Special Item Requests for our Belgian plant.
- Support the creation and localization of customer specifications (product, packaging, printing).
- Report on Special Item Requests and related sales.
- Lead portfolio-related projects (e.g. subcontracting, converting offer adjustments)
- Own and maintain production capability reporting for all PET plants.
- Analyze customer feedback (via Sales Force, BDMs, exhibitions, meetings) and propose portfolio improvements.
- Support Sales Force admin tasks (e.g. lead uploads, system updates).
- Assist in portfolio extension projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and finance to ensure project completeness.
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree (Marketing/ Sales Management) preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in a B2B environment (composites or similar industry ideal).
Motivated graduates without experience are also welcome.
- Proficiency in both French and English (both written and spoken) is required
- Tools: Salesforce experience is a plus
