Your Role

As part of the Cloud & IT Product Management team:

• Build deep knowledge of Marlink's products, customers, and Cloud & IT strategy to align product development with business needs.
• Gather, structure, and priotize requirements from across the organization, including engineering, support, and commercial teams.
• Translate needs into actionable roadmaps and feature plans, working closely with the product and development teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead product backlog management, ensuring high-quality specifications and aligning priorities with commercial opportunities and operational constraints.
• Set up and manage your own project governance, engaging with stakeholders across departments to coordinate development and integration activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to stimulate and validate real-world use cases before field deployment.
• Create clear, professional documentation for both internal teams and customers, and ensure effective training of support teams.
• Proactively assess risks and propose mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery and service reliability.
