What you will do
Are you passionate about building the backbone that keeps product and engineering teams aligned and delivering at their best? We’re looking for a hands-on enabler to equip our teams with the right tools, reporting, and best practices - from Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) to Productboard. In this role, you’ll ensure teams can clearly communicate and track progress on their product initiatives and engineering deliveries. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Designers to streamline reporting, standardize workflows, and give the business clear visibility into what’s being built, why, and when. By connecting the dots between tools, processes, and people, you’ll play a central role in shaping how we deliver value at scale.
This role is new to our organisation. As we grow our Product, Engineering & Design (PED) enablement functions at Lighthouse, you have the chance to play a key role to grow this vision. You will be reporting directly to the CTO, and work closely with our CPO and PED leadership.
Where you will have impact
- Serve as the primary administrator for our Atlassian tooling (Jira, Confluence), ensuring it effectively supports the engineering roadmap.
- Serve as the primary administrator for our Productboard instance, enabling clear articulation of the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects and Designers to analyze and improve software delivery processes.
- Develop and drive adoption of standardized processes for reporting, roadmap alignment, and dependency management, providing visibility into delivery progress.
- Develop and maintain reporting that provides visibility into both the product roadmap (what will be built and why) and the engineering roadmap (how and when it will be built).

Who you are
- Your previous experience showcases experience in SaaS software development, i.e. in a leadership, project manager, scrum master or operational role.
- You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating efficient and scalable processes.
- You are highly analytical in your ability to analyze complex workflows but stay grounded in pragmatism as you identify practical solutions.
- You have strong and hands-on experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) administration, and experience with Productboard or similar tools.
- You have a growth mindset to apply better tools and ways of working.
- You are comfortable working with data and using it to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- You can coach and train teams through process improvements and change initiatives, with an outlook to potentially lead change management initiatives (see bonus points).
We welcome
- Experience leading change management initiatives across Product or Engineering teams.
- Experience with other Atlassian tools (Home, Compass, Product Discovery, …)), and how they improve team collaboration and information governance.
- Experience in hands-on Project Management.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master).
