To serve as the central technical interface between CNHi, dealers, and partners for precision farming technologies—ensuring optimal field performance, issue resolution, and continuous product improvement.
- Act as a technical link between CNHi teams, dealers, and external partners
- Investigate field issues related to Autoguidance and Precision Farming
- Provide support via ASIST, phone, and in-person assistance
- Deliver localized technical trainings and respond to market-specific needs
- Gather field feedback and escalate product concerns to engineering
- Represent After Sales in product development, launch, and support meetings
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives and Technical Issue Committee (TIC) discussions
- Support the resolution of legal and safety-related issues and assist in recall processes
- Aid in drafting technical publications based on field experience
- Degree in Electronic or Agricultural Engineering—or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with agricultural machinery and electronics
- Strong understanding of machine systems and precision farming applications
- Proven ability in problem-solving within electronics and software contexts
- Comfortable working internationally and across multicultural teams
- Autonomous, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and digital reporting
- Fluent in English plus at least two other European languages
- Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation
- Strong team player with the initiative to manage priorities independently

This single location houses various departments, ranging from design—with an R&D center employing around 400 people—to production, service, dealer training, and all support departments.
