Then we would love you to join us as Public Relations & Partnership Manager at the Hotel Amigo.
Your key responsibilities
As the Public Relations & Partnership Manager, you will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and execute the implementation of the PR and Partnership strategy for the hotel
- Increase the brand awareness of the Hotel Amigo trough creative storytelling, media management and distribution of press releases
- Manage on how the hotel and Rocco Forte brand is portrayed within the media landscape & across all relevant channels, ensuring our vision is clearly communicated throughout
- Manage media content across lifestyle, consumer, trade, design and other relevant publications & channels
- Manage international and national media & influencer visits and organise media visits and events at the hotel (together with the relevant PR agencies)
- Mange media requests and interviews and liaise with all media inquiries for the hotel
- Liaise with national and international PR Agencies to maximise media exposure
- Work closely with the hotel team (particularly marketing team) as well as the PR team at the head office to ensure appropriate communication streams are established
- Manage all local and international partnerships
- Identify new partnership opportunities that drive the awareness of the Hotel Amigo
- Leverage on partnership to increase target database and communication
- Support the development and execute the implementation of the online Marketing strategy for the hotel such as Social Media.
Who we are looking for
As the public face and representative of a five-star hotel, you will be warm, approachable and impeccably presented:
- Outstanding communication skills: strong copy writing skills, creative for compelling stories that position the hotel globally
- Passion and understanding of a (hotel) luxury brand
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
- As a confident and outgoing individual, you will be able to demonstrate relationship building (particularly with new strategic partners)
- A relevant degree in this field is also of benefit and a minimum of two years’ experience in a PR agency or in-house team and previous luxury hotel experience is desirable.
