Job Description
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
Guide and support the PTS team ( functional)
Contribute and support the development and training of the PTS team
Ensure good communication flow towards internal and external customers and stakeholders
Improve, support KPI management
Responsible for OGSM projects in Technical stream PTS (Utilities/facilities/energy)
Back up team members if required to maximize the team performance
Utility/Facility responsibilities:
Buildings & technical Utility installations ( electrical,gas, compressed air, cooling, heating,HVAC, lighting, steam, thermal oil industrial gasses,,.......)
Budget control
Contractor control
All in around above below buildings
no production machines
janitorial services, gardening, water,.......
Utilities via Equans (split at machinery fence)
Soft & hard facilities
Qualifications
Technical Master or Bachelor
5+ years of experience in a PTS environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Personal skills: Leader, autonomous, team player, decision taker, accurate , pro-actif , professional, communicative
Problem solving, decision analysis, and situation appraisal skills are required.
Ability to influence others and work across functions.
Approachable, effective in giving/receiving feedback.
Ability to work under general direction.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
