As part of our dynamic growth on the Belgium market, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the position of Optician / Optometrist
Key Responsibilities:
- · Actively assisting customers and providing professional advice on frame and lens selection
- · Selling both prescription glasses and sunglasses
- · Providing comprehensive product presentations and consultations
- · Preparing prescription glasses and assembling them using a tracer
- · Performing eye examinations
- · Handling the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system
- · Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
- · Managing store-related documentation, including inventory and administrative records
- · Maintaining the store’s visual and operational standards in line with company policy
Our Expectations:
- · Strong commitment and motivation to work
- · Degree in a related field (e.g. Optometry or Optical Sciences)
- · Proficiency in conducting vision tests and eye exams
- · Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- · Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- · Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus, but not required
- · Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
