The control of raw materials and end products are done into the lab of Air Liquide Aalter.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Production Management:
Production of the hydrocarbons by a distillation column and reactor
2. Stock & Transport Coordination:
Order intake: control of the incoming orders + putting the orders in a local Stock program.
Control of the incoming deliveries of gas cylinders.
Make: delivery notes / ADR / IMDG transport documents for the daily transports + production orders in SAP + the certificates.
Report deliveries and cylinder rental to invoice services
Monthly and yearly inventory
3. Laboratory Management:
Analyze the raw materials, products made by reactor and distillation column during production + filled cylinders (end product).
Management of the analysers, their methods and software (Chromeleon).
Lab and quality reporting.
4. Other tasks
PtoP correspondent: make order requests, do the good receipts, follow-up open order.
Are you a MATCH?
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Bachelor in industrial sciences (electromechanics, electronics or chemistry).
Experience in an industrial environment with proven ability to work in a polyvalent role.
Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English. French would be an asset.
Strong knowledge/experience with administrative functions and informatics.
Manipulations with gas cylinders will be necessary..
Knowledge of gas chromatography is an asset.
Working in a 2 shift system is no problem for you.
