Rotolux NV is a producer of wrapping paper and an ambitious SME with 30 employees. We create beautiful and sustainable gift wrap for everyone. For every occasion and every gift, we offer the perfect wrapping paper. Our gift wrap is developed and printed in Vichte, Belgium, where our company is also located.
As a machine operator in the finishing department, you are responsible for rewinding printed gift wrap into smaller rolls tailored to the customer's needs. You work with rewinding machines and ensure that each product meets our strict quality standards.
Your tasks:
- Setting up and adjusting the machines according to specifications
- Monitoring the process and intervening in case of deviations
- Performing quality checks on dimensions, color consistency, and finishing
- Resolving minor technical issues
- Packaging the finished small rolls into boxes
- Keeping the work environment clean
Profile:
- You have at least 1 year of experience operating machines
- Affinity with the graphic sector is a plus
- Available to work in a fixed early shift
- Accurate and quality-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Physical work (standing, lifting) does not deter you
- You speak fluent English OR French OR Dutch

Monday to Thursday: 5h – 13h
Friday: 5h – 10h (during peak season until 13h)
Salary:
- Gross wage: €15/hour
- Shift premium: €0.9322/hour
- Meal vouchers of €5.90 per worked day
- Participation in the collective bonus system: up to €650 per quarter
