Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the domains of data migration projects
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the following domains:
- Awareness of data, information and records management standards, in particular with regard to data retention and disposal;
- Awareness of Digital Transformation domains and their challenges;
- Experience working with stakeholders in different domains, functions and organisational levels;
- Analytic skills, including the excellent written communication skills in English;
- Proven experience in developing strategic, project and implementation plans and conducting meetings and presentations;
- Good social awareness and experience of dealing with international cultures.
- Preparing an inventory of structured and unstructured data;
- Developing a strategy outlining the scope, objectives, and approaches to data migration and disposal in accordance with NATO’s data, information, and records policies;
- Creating a detailed data migration and disposal plan based on the strategy, outlining the approaches for each data set recorded in the data inventory.
