About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the business. This position involves supporting the team through a variety of administrative, organisational, and communication tasks — enabling all departments to function effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- General office administration, including new client and employee onboarding, insurance renewals, fire safety and health & safety compliance, minuting meetings, diary management, and call handling
- Handling sensitive information confidentially
- Ordering hardware, software, and licenses from suppliers
- Creating, maintaining, and updating purchase orders, stock records, sales orders, and invoices
- Processing monthly credit card and expenses reconciliations
- Verifying supplier invoices against proposals
- Performing stock-related duties including accepting deliveries, ordering, dispatching, and returns
- Organising meetings and managing room bookings
- Researching, organising, and coordinating events and travel arrangements
- Completing risk assessments
- Gaining a thorough understanding of all services currently offered by the company and its providers

Additional Details
- Salary: €2,600 per month
- Type of Employment: Full-time, on-site (Belgium)
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an office administration role (required)
- Languages: Proficiency in Chinese and French (required)
- Must be able to reliably commute to, or plan to relocate to, Belgium before starting work
