Working in the Mobile Access Team

Your Tasks as a Mobile Access Engineer
Depending on your background and learning path, you will:
- Learn about or work with 4G and 5G technologies in a real-world environment.
- Support RAN planning activities using tools like Atoll, including network dimensioning.
- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of RAN performance.
- Assist with or perform RF troubleshooting and testing.
- Develop your understanding of RF hardware systems and testing equipment.
- Apply an analytical and process-oriented mindset to support smart decision-making.
You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and have access to training and mentoring to help you grow into the role.

Your Profile as a Mobile Access Engineer

- You hold or are about to complete a Master’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- You’re passionate about mobile telecommunications and eager to learn or deepen your expertise.

- You’re a team player with strong communication skills.
- You’re fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
