During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Writer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be involved in the writing of scientific tender dossiers and will work closely with a Tender Manager. Most of the content for the dossiers will be provided; however, the contractor may be required to conduct additional literature searches as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit scientific tender dossiers in collaboration with the Tender Manager.
Conduct literature searches to supplement provided content when necessary.
Ensure clarity and conciseness in communicating scientific and medical information.
Set up and maintain a proper bibliography using tools such as EndNote.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines.
Profile Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Native French or equivalent (excellent writing skills)
Proficient in English
Background/Education:
Scientific background in Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biomedical
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Writing; more experience is highly valued
Familiarity with interpreting clinical study reports and protocols (nice to have)
Experience in writing clinical documents and/or publications (articles, abstracts, summaries, etc.) or other scientific documents
Proven ability to communicate scientific or medical information clearly and concisely
Specific Skills:
Experience in vaccines
Knowledge of pediatric infectious diseases
Ability to perform limited literature searches
Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on time
Excellent collaboration skills
