About the Internship
Join Levi’s Europe Marketplace team and take part in the day-to-day execution of our digital wholesale business. In this role, you will support product onboarding, ensure product content quality, and contribute to the operational excellence of our marketplace presence. This internship offers a hands-on introduction to digital retail within a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Onboarding & Content Management
Assist with onboarding products through external integrators to various Marketplace platforms
Monitor and validate product data and imagery for accuracy and completeness before season starts and during the season
Identify and help resolve errors in product listings (descriptions, attributes, images, etc.)
Ensure product content aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal requirements
Coordinate updates and improvements to product content with internal teams
Image & Asset Management
Help manage the upload, validation, and organization of product images across platforms
Support internal teams with image corrections and format adaptations as needed
Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve image-related issues (e.g., format errors, missing visuals)
Ensure imagery aligns with Marketplaces standards and contributes to an engaging customer experience
Brand Presentation & Merchandising Support
Contribute to the maintenance of brand spaces on partner platforms (e.g., brand shops)
Help track commercial seasonal calendars and ensure promo campaign are correctly implemented
Assist in elevating our presence on platforms through enhanced contend
Partner & Internal Coordination
Act as a support point of contact for product-related questions from partners
Follow up on requests regarding product information or operational improvements
Provide general support to the Marketplace team on ongoing projects and ad hoc needs including analysis, presentation and day to day operational topics
About You:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Digital Marketing
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Proactive and collaborative mindset
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
A first experience in e-commerce or digital environments is a strong asset
