The role
You will lead and execute the marketing and PR strategy for the Belgian market, ensuring alignment with Zeekr’s European brand vision and performance business goals. This role is responsible for delivering all local marketing activities, campaigns, events, and media relations, in close collaboration with HQ Marketing to ensure consistency, efficiency, and performance.
Scope:
Marketing & PR Planning - 10%
- Partner with European Marketing & PR team to develop 360 Marketing & PR plans for the Belgium based on EU Brand and Communications strategy.
PR Operations - 20%
- Lead local Media Relations, Press Office and fleet working closely with your EU PR team and agency partners
- Drive and implement local PR events, activities, and content calendar in line with defined EU brand pillars and activation territories
Events and Activations - 30%
- Plan, project-lead, and implement nationwide events, exhibitions, road shows, pop ups, test drive events (B2B & B2C) following the guides of Event Playbook
Campaigns (Paid & CRM) - 20%
- Responsible for initiating, briefing, and localizing tactical paid media campaigns to support commercial objectives.
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines in alignment with market needs, and brief HQ Paid Media team for execution.
- Responsible the full briefing of commercial CRM campaigns (e.g., product offers, test drive follow-ups, local lifecycle journeys).
· Supports implementation of pan European campaign on transactional email rollout in their market, ensuring correct language, compliance, and local relevance.
Finance & Procurement – 20%
- Manage local NSC Marketing & PR budget, cost control, procurement and purchase request processes.
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in the automotive sector with a focus on marketing & PR
- Strong knowledge of the Belgium PR landscape including media & publisher relationships, in Flanders and Wallonia regions
- ‘Hands on’ mentality
- Experience from a scale up or start up – this is a nice-to-have
- Good command of the Flemish, French and English languages
