At ZF Wind Power, we are a global leader in technology-driven manufacturing of on- and offshore wind turbine gearboxes and powertrains and a global service partner. We lead the high-performance onshore market segments with our SHIFT compact modular platform designs. We delivered the world’s first offshore 9.5 MW wind turbine gearbox and, in close cooperation with our partner, delivered the first next generation 15 MW offshore powertrain.

We have the world’s largest installed capacity of +8 MW offshore wind turbine gearboxes. Since entering the wind industry in 1979, we have delivered more than 85,000 gearboxes, powering over 200 GW wind turbines, covering more than 25% of the total installed capacity of geared-driven wind turbines worldwide. Because of ZF Wind Power keeps on growing we are looking for a new colleague in the legal department in Antwerp Berchem, Belgium.

The team members of legal and compliance at ZF Wind Power are based in Belgium, India and China. It is a small team of four persons in total. In the diversified role as Legal & Compliance Assistant and Office Manager you will have the opportunity to support administrative as well as legal and compliance processes, working local and international.

What you can look forward to as Legal and Compliance Officer:

• Manage and track the process of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Assist in maintaining the corporate governance of ZF Wind Power
• Provide substantive, administrative and operational support to the Legal and Compliance Department, incl. invoicing and financial support
• Manage travel requests for employees
• Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and other supplies needed for the daily operation of the Berchem office in Antwerp

Your profile as Legal and Compliance Officer:

• Degree or experience in a legal field
• Experience in legal administrative tasks or as an office manager is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with less work experience who want to develop in the legal and administrative world
• Knowledge of basic software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are able to work with legal databases and accounting software
• Pragmatic approach with a proactive attitude
• Good at structuring administrative tasks and managing documents and systems as well as know how to quickly switch between different tasks
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written, knowledge of other languague is a plus
