Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Lab Animal Services Leader (LAS) who is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a good knowledge of regulations and national standards relating to the care and use of animals in research to join our Lab Animal Services team, based in our Belgium Braine-L'alleud office.

Who you’ll work with
What you’ll do
- Train research staff in animal techniques and supervise their competence
- Manage veterinary pharmacy: prescription, storage, and distribution
- Oversee Ticket Lab system strategy, compliance, and training
- Ensure animal health and welfare follow-up, including on-call duties
- Publish NTS and Retrospective Analysis in the EU Allures database
- Maintain compliance records and ethical project documentation

Minimum requirements
- Doctor in Veterinary Medicine
- 2-3 years working experience with Vet technical procedures
- Certificate in Laboratory Animal Science Level C
- Technical & surgery expertise on rodents
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Willingness to be on-call during weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business necessitates
