The role is based in Aliaxis EMEA Head-office, Brussels

• Be a citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA)
• Be between 18 and 28 years old at the start of the assignment
• Have completed your higher education
• Not have previously completed a VIE assignment

Responsibilities
Reporting to the EMEA Operations Finance Business Partner, you will:
• Support the financial aspects of continuous improvement programs in Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Contribute to the design and implementation of financial routines and processes (planning and reporting)
• Participate in operational performance monitoring, analysis, and improvement
• Help roll out common methodologies across 15 manufacturing sites and 20+ distribution centers
• Ensure accurate reporting and reliable forecasting
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and support decision-making
• Assist in the annual budget and planning processes within the EMEA Finance team
Requirements
We’re looking for a passionate and analytical team player who:
• Has a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Understands the correlation between financial and technical KPIs
• Has experience or strong interest in a multinational environment
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Communicates effectively and enjoys working in cross-functional teams
• Is fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.
