Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and lead functional analysis for document generation systems
Design, build, and maintain Java/Spring-based applications
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute across disciplines (dev, test, analysis)
Write technical documentation and user guides
Coach and advise teammates, share best practices
Coordinate with leads, integrators, and stakeholders to refine and challenge proposed solutions
Participate in testing phases and provide support
Technical Context
Tech stack: Java, Spring, REST, SOA, Selenium, cloud environments
Agile & DevOps culture
Use of frameworks for reusable software components
Systems deployed on both Unix and Windows OS
Focus on performance, maintainability, and continuous delivery
Profile
6+ years in Java development, ideally in Agile/DevOps setups
Strong analytical skills and functional analysis experience
Solid understanding of banking systems and business logic (a big plus)
Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
