Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Limburg, Belgium. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects utilizing Java, Angular/React, and AWS Lambda technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of robust, scalable applications in a cloud-based environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using Angular or React frameworks
- Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and other cloud services
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application functionality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application code
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and cloud computing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React for front-end development
- Demonstrated experience with AWS Lambda and serverless computing
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services
- Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification

indicated daily Rate: 450€ (Negotiable)
