IT Solution Analyst
Location: Avenue du Bourget 3, 1140 Evere
In this role, you will design IT solutions in the team of prepaid and postpaid billing, to respond to customer needs and requirements. You will support development, planning and testing phase activities in regards of the IT solutions in this domain.
Your responsibilities:
- Business requirements
- Understand and challenge (complex) business needs/requirements with business stakeholders
- Translate the Business requirements into function, non-functional and technical analysis
- Design
- Support the E2E Design team in the definition of the target solution in your domain
- Collect and document IT requirements in addition to the business requirements (Non-Functional requirements, Security requirements, Performance requirements, testing & environment requirements, IT operation requirements…)
- Designs solutions with technical stakeholders/providers to respond to business and IT requirements
- Functional & technical Documentation
- Keep the functional documentation up to date
- Project
- Lead low to medium-sized project from design to delivery phase
- Contribute to large projects from solution design to solution delivery
- Delivery management
- Support and guide development, testing and post-production phase to ensure a smooth delivery
Your profile:
- At least 3-years' experience in solution analysis
- Understanding of functional and non-functional system requirements
- Capacity to explain technical complex matters to a variety of audiences
- Experience of working with billing or provisioning systems would be a plus
- Great communication skills, assertiveness
- Fluent in English. French or Dutch would be a plus
