We are actively seeking Freelance Project Managers (Junior, Medior, and Senior) to execute end-to-end business and IT projects. You are the critical link between IT and business teams, ensuring that each project aligns with the roadmap, stays within time and scope, and respects the budget.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. From project governance to C-level reporting, your ability to communicate, coordinate resources, and monitor progress is essential for delivering successful outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from A to Z: from documentation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define and monitor scope, deadlines, budgets, and resources; make adjustments when necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuous transparent communication and collaboration.
- Train, guide, and support virtual and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
- Track performance indicators and report to senior management and C-level executives.
- Ensure proper governance, alignment between stakeholders, and high-quality deliverables.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (where applicable) and promote a mindset of continuous delivery.
Your Profile
Experience:
- Junior: 0–3 years of experience in a supportive or coordinating role within IT/business projects.
- Medior: 3–7 years of experience leading digital transformation or cross-departmental projects.
- Senior: 7+ years of experience leading complex IT/business projects with multiple stakeholders and departments.
Education:
- High school diploma (CESS) required; additional certifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL) are a plus.
Languages:
- Minimum B2 level in both Dutch and French is mandatory.
- English is a strong asset.
