We are looking for a motivated and hands-on support engineer to join Keystone Solutions as a consultant, strengthening our infrastructure continuity and resiliency capabilities for our clients. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of disaster recovery processes across multiple infrastructure platforms, ensuring business continuity and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
- Monitor and maintain resiliency mechanisms across infrastructure platforms (on-prem and cloud) while working closely with the client.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to identify and mitigate continuity risks.
- Participate in DR testing, documentation, and post-mortem analysis.
- Assist in the automation of recovery procedures and failover processes as part of client engagements.
- Contribute to incident response efforts related to infrastructure outages or disruptions.
Profile Sought:
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with exposure to continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Familiarity with DR tools, backup systems, and high-availability architectures.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and documentation.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Team player with good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Consultancy Nature of Work:
