Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Investment Manager to join our M&A team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in line with our corporate strategy. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive high-impact transactions.
The Investment Manager contributes to Telenet's strategic agenda and key priorities by means of strategic investments and active portfolio management, driving innovation, value creation and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead financial modeling, business case development, and valuation analysis for potential transactions.
- Coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, legal, operational, and commercial aspects.
- Develop and present investment proposals and recommendations to senior management and executive committees.
- Negotiate deal terms in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams and external advisors.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to proactively identify investment targets.
- Support post-transaction integration planning and execution.
- Monitors the performance of existing portfolio companies and closely collaborates with senior management and boards of directors via an active board role to support and drive their strategy, development & growth, and execute the value creation plan.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills, with proven experience in M&A or corporate finance.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
