Purpose
As an Investment Advisor within the Capital Markets team, you play a critical role in driving the success of high-value and complex real estate transactions. You will be actively involved in every stage of the deal cycle and maintain regular contact with both existing and potential clients, ensuring a smooth and professional process throughout.
Your Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout the transactional process by coordinating legal, tax, and technical advisors, and providing accurate and timely market-related insights.
- Prepare high-quality commercial documentation, including Investment Teasers, Memorandums, and client pitches.
- Organize and support commercial meetings and property visits with institutional investors and new prospects, contributing to the success of the commercialization process.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients, monitoring their investment strategies and real estate portfolios.
- Assist the commercial team with market analysis, lease and investment benchmarks, and sector intelligence.
- Stay up to date with key developments in the real estate sector, including major transactions, economic trends, and interest rate movements.
- Develop financial models, including cash flow projections and IRR calculations, to support investment recommendations.
- Draft and coordinate investment reports with the Research team for distribution to investors and asset managers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and internal graphic designers to ensure the timely delivery of compelling marketing materials.
Your Skills and Experience
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, and bring 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, financial consultancy firm, or investment bank.
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of NPV, IRR, cash flow modelling, NOI, and balance sheet analysis.
- Proven experience in preparing professional financial presentations and client materials.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to build investor trust and deliver strategic, actionable advice.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a drive for excellence and satisfaction.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently and taking initiative.
- Exceptional attention to detail – you take pride in delivering work of the highest standard.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and confident adopting new software or tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and French – both written and verbal.
- Above all, you bring a positive attitude and a friendly, professional presence to the team.
