You pick up the role of an enthusiastic and dedicated intern of the events team. Collaborating with the Brand & Growth team, you will play a crucial role in aligning events with our business goals. You handle event requests for the company and make sure each event becomes a success.
Your key responsibilities
- Handling event requests, which involves sending and following up on invitations, sourcing creative activities and ensuring logistics and on-site coordination.
- Preparing and setting up communication plan tailored to each planned event.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to events and team.
- Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects within a specific timeframe.
- Ensuring accuracy, precision and adherence to deadlines in all tasks.
- Adhering to company policies and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Your profile
You have/are:
- a student in Events management, communication or marketing.
- available for a minimum 3-month internship, preferably working 5 days per week.
- excellent communication skills, including proficiency in written and oral English, Dutch and French.
- flexible, creative and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- You possess strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
- eager to execute tasks in a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- stress-resistant and able to work towards deadlines efficiently.
- accurate, precise and respect deadlines.
- eager to learn and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- a team player.
- in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and interest in new technologies.
- available to start your internship in the second semester (January/February/March/April 2026);
