One World Artists is looking for interns who want to develop the skills of an assistant booking agent. You will become part of a close team, in a modern and easily accessible office in Antwerp. You will take your first steps in international career and the expansion of your own network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You manage incoming emails of new bookings and delegate them to each agent/manager.
You assist the agents with bookings for our artists, both national and international.
You input options, changes, and confirmations of bookings into the system.
You research new promoters and update our internal database in real time.
You pitch artists to potential new promoters and clubs, both domestically and internationally (sales).
You support the team in making the booking process run smoothly.
You think along about long- and short-term strategies.
You partly manage and approve artwork, PR requests and marketing in cooperation with the artist teams.
MUST-HAVES
Know-how of what an agent does
A good understanding of the electronic dance scene and current developments
Currently pursuing higher education and looking for an internship of at least 3 months
Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality and no ‘9 to 5’ mindset
Good knowledge of the English language, with other languages being a big plus
You are discreet, loyal and diplomatic
Able to work independently while being a strong team player
Strong organizational and administrative skills
You are proactive and have a great eye for detail
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with AI administration tools and CRM systems as a plus
