For our Belgian Sales Team, we are immediately hiring an energetic Inside Sales Specialist Telecom to power up our sales team and provide our customers with the best possible experience. Tasks
- Be the go-to person for TIR2+3 customers — offering smart solutions and friendly support.
- Handle incoming inquiries, create quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Process and track orders to make sure everything arrives on time and on point.
- Keep customer data accurate and up-to-date in our SAP Business One system.
- Work closely with our Key Account Managers and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotations — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost both customer satisfaction and sales.
- Help manage stock levels and make sure our products are ready when customers need them.
Profile
- You love to sell and build strong customer relationships.
- Your personality is positive, proactive, and full of energy — others feed off your enthusiasm.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or technical-commercial field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a must.
- Great communication skills and a knack for solving problems.
- You thrive in a fast-moving environment and have a sharp eye for detail.
- Knowledge of telecom or technical products is a bonus.
- You’re confident using MS Office and SAP Business One.
- Fluent in Dutch (native) and English (professional) — French (conversational). German is a nice extra.
