Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Administration
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes with precision, ensuring compliance and timely execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS (Workday) and payroll systems
- Administer benefits, pensions, leave, and statutory reporting requirements
- Reconcile payroll data, generate reports, and coordinate with Finance as needed
- Serve as a senior team member and key point of contact within the HR team
- Review existing processes critically to identify and lead improvement projects and quick wins
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and their managers (N+1s)
HR Operations
- Support the HR Partner and team in daily operations and the rollout of HR initiatives
- Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, and drafting contracts
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed and kept current with legal standards
Advisory Support
- Be the right hand of the HR Partner—providing insights, reports, and hands-on execution
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making and workforce planning
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and HR project development
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a strong ethical approach in all HR practices
- Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in payroll and HR administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, employment law, and HR best practices
- Knowledge of eblox, workday and or Protime is a plus
- strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HRIS platforms
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
- High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability
