As a Hospitality Management Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of operational and strategic hotel management.
You will take part in an intensive 24-month paid training program designed to develop your leadership, operations management and customer service skills.

Job content:
- You will get to know all the different departments in the hotel, including reception, food&beverage, marketing, hr, sales, finance, etc., to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of how they work;
- You will be involved in a variety of unique projects, as well as hotel development;
- You will bring innovative ideas and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services;
- At the end of the program, you'll be given greater responsibility within the hotel company;
