The role
- Set the stage for a positive stay from the very first hello;
- Creating excitement and storytelling around our local F&B products, suppliers, initiatives and services;
- Preparing and serving barista-style coffees and teas;
- Serving our guests in the meeting rooms and living room;
- Preparing and serving local beers, wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages in our Ubar;
- Creating an inviting and cozy ambiance that sets the stage for a positive stay from the very first hello;
- Spread moments of joy by surprising our guests with unexpected gestures;
- Address guests’ concerns and find swift solutions to secure their happiness;
- Help out occasionally covering a shift in the check-in area.
Your superpowers and requirements
- Relevant F&B experience and/or great storyteller;
- Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus;
- Parttime and flexible, with shifts from 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00;
- Must have a heart for sustainability;
- You are legally allowed to work in Belgium.
