What You'll Be Doing
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives from concept to scaled deployment
- Pilot and validate emerging AI technologies with potential to impact clinical trials and healthcare delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to build novel AI models and data-driven solutions
- Define and drive AI product vision in alignment with Clario’s business and technology strategy
- Translate AI capabilities into differentiated product features that deliver measurable value
- Develop strategic AI roadmaps that support innovation and digital health goals
- Identify and optimize internal workflows using AI, especially in operations and quality systems
- Advise leadership on AI investments, market trends, and ethical/regulatory considerations
- Represent AI in strategic planning and governance forums
- Champion AI awareness and enablement across the organization
What We Look For
- Master’s, PhD, or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Science, or related field
- 8+ years leading AI innovation projects, preferably in clinical trials or biopharma
- Deep technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics
- Proven ability to translate AI concepts into real-world healthcare or product applications
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and roadmap development
- Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment
- Based in or able to work from Belgium (remote or hybrid options available)
