- Welcoming our guests with a warm smile upon their arrival at the hotel, creating an unforgettable first impression.
- Becoming a master in the art of check-in and check-out.
- Responding courteously and efficiently to phone calls and guest requests.
- Becoming a walking encyclopedia on Brussels, sharing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and the city's best-kept secrets with our visitors.
- Juggling reservations and guests' special requests with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable.
- Working closely with other hotel departments to create an unparalleled guest experience at every moment.
🔍 What are we looking for ?
• You effortlessly switch between English and French to communicate with our diverse international clientele. Proficiency in Dutch or any other language is advantageous!
• You're a student in hospitality or a related field, but what truly counts is your vibrant personality: customer-focused, inherently diplomatic, and driven to provide exceptional service that surpasses expectations.
• You have an internship agreement starting from January 2026, ideally for a minimum of three months (six months is preferred!).

• A complimentary lunch will be provided each time you are on duty.
• Work Schedule and Professional Environment : The shifts include working hours from 7 AM to 3 PM as well as from 3 PM to 11 PM. You may be required to work weekends and occasionally night shifts (subject to agreement with your school).
