YOUR ROLE
As a Freelance Payroll Specialist, you will temporarily strengthen the HR team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued smooth handling of payroll and personnel administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the complete payroll process for white-collar employees.
Ensuring accurate processing of time registrations.
Collaborating with the social secretariat and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely payroll execution.
Supporting personnel administration, including leave tracking and contract documentation.
Assisting in preparing monthly payroll reporting and handling questions from employees.
YOUR PROFILE
You have strong, up-to-date experience in Belgian payroll.
Familiarity with eBlox (SD Worx).
You work accurately, discreetly, and independently.
You speak English and Dutch or French.
