Our Vacancy
To provide excellent front-line customer service by working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers’ needs are met and the departmental/team objectives are achieved. The role includes supporting Peabody's Fire Risk Assessors and monitoring the Fire Safety Team Inbox to support the business with Fire Safety along with quality checking Fire Risk Assessment documents, logging their completion, loading and updating actions into Keystone and RiskBase.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective service delivery. This includes assessing customer needs, resolving queries, and ensuring expectations are managed with proactive solutions. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and systems, adhering to policies and procedures, and supporting health and safety practices, which may include acting as a Fire Warden or First Aider.
A key part of the role involves processing and quality-checking Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), uploading and updating actions to Keystone and RiskBase, and monitoring their progress. You’ll also manage the Fire Safety Team inbox, coordinate responses to inspections and incidents, and provide relevant information to the Fire Service, Building Safety Regulator or any other regulatory body when required.
