Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a senior financial reporting expert to join the Finance Accounting & Reporting department. The scope covers production, control, and analysis of external and internal financial reports for both solo and consolidated entities, under IFRS and/or Belgian GAAP. This also includes liquidity and solvency reporting.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Participate in the production of regulatory reports such as COREP Liquidity, ESG, and FINREP.
Analyse existing reporting processes to identify and propose improvements.
Work with large datasets while maintaining a high-level understanding of the full reporting structure.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across various regulatory reports.
Establish connections and linkages between different reporting frameworks, including COREP Solvency, COREP Liquidity, Pillar 3, and FINREP.
Maintain awareness of interdependencies between reporting streams within the department.
Profile
Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting control, or consolidation.
Strong knowledge of bank accounting and regulatory reporting (e.g. COREP, FINREP).
Experience with IFRS and/or Belgian GAAP.
- Master’s degree in economics or similar.

Proficient in Excel and Access; knowledge of banking tools is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Accurate, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets.
Autonomous, reliable, and able to meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
