We are looking for an FP&A Analyst with a first experience in a similar role (Junior or Mid-Level position). You will be part of the Odoo Group Finance team.
Odoo Group includes 15 companies worldwide (Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia).
You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports and provide financial insight and projections to the CFO. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. You will be responsible for performing budgeting and forecasting for the Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting
- Bring support the Odoo offices abroad in terms of finance & accounting
- Preparation of entity management, audits, statutory and regulatory reports/accounts
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
- Take care of the Odoo group's taxes management
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Economics or Business administration
- First working experience (1-3 years) as a Financial Analyst/Accountant
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and solid understanding of close and reporting processes
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Strong autonomy
