Join the ICF Next Events Team and gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of event experiences for the European Union.
Your Role: What You’ll Learn and Do
Event Support & Coordination:
Assist in preparing event logistics and documentation.
Help coordinate suppliers, venues, and service providers.
Support the team during live events (on-site and online), including setup and coordination tasks.
Registration & Communication:
Assist in setting up and managing online registration platforms (e.g., CVENT, Swoogo, B2Match).
Help prepare participant communications and event materials.
Digital Tools & Platforms:
Learn to use tools like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, Interactio, and Sli.do for online and hybrid events.
Support technical tests, rehearsals, and live delivery of virtual sessions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Event Specialists and Communication Managers on day-to-day tasks.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
Interest in EU affairs and working in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Availability for a full-time, 6-month traineeship based in Brussels.
