Location: Brussels, Belgium (NATO HQ)
Work Type: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite with the client

Nationality Requirement: NATO National (for security clearance reasons)
About the Role
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic sales engagements across all 32 NATO countries, operating directly out of NATO Headquarters in Brussels. This role requires a strong blend of strategic account management, public sector expertise, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country deals in a highly secure and mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within NATO and affiliated organizations.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex solution-based deals, including hardware, software, hybrid cloud, private cloud, and sovereign cloud offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the client’s operational and strategic needs and aligning HPE solutions accordingly.
- Build and expand a strong network within the NATO ecosystem through regular onsite presence and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HPE’s internal teams (technical, presales, and delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise account management experience in IT solutions sales.
- Proven ability to sell across the stack: hardware + software + cloud (private/hybrid/sovereign).
- Strong consultative sales approach with experience managing complex public sector accounts.
- Must be open to being onsite at NATO HQ in Brussels at least 3 days a week (preferred 4–5).
- NATO Nationality required.
- Fluent in Dutch or French, and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in defense or military services.
- Previous experience selling into public sector or governmental organizations.
