For Freelance (Contract) & Consultancy (Payroll)
As an Endpoint Management Specialist, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the scripting, automation, deployment, and lifecycle management of applications across endpoint environments. You will manage and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Management tools, including SCCM and Intune, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable device operations. Your role will actively contribute to improving our digital workplace infrastructure by integrating security baselines, supporting patching and updates, and driving continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions (SCCM, Intune).
Automate deployment processes using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
Package, test, and deploy software and updates across the Windows client ecosystem.
Implement and maintain security baselines, endpoint protection, and compliance settings.
Monitor patch compliance and manage updates using tools like Patch-My-PC.
Support Windows client lifecycle management and ensure high availability of endpoint services.
Maintain clear, concise, and technically sound documentation and reports.
Propose and implement structural improvements to endpoint management practices.
Respond to incidents and service requests using the Omnitracker ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT teams on projects related to automation, virtualization, and digital workplace enhancements.
Technical Skills & Tools:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM (configuration, policy management, deployment).
Proficient in software packaging and PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge of tools such as App Deploy Toolkit, Powershell Universal, Chocolatey, and Patch-My-PC.
Familiar with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, vSphere).
Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
Knowledge of endpoint security practices: encryption, protection, vulnerability management.
Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service management best practices.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL, Azure) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills—verbal and written, across multiple languages (FR/NL/EN).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High level of attention to detail in configuration, documentation, and scripting.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
Adaptable to evolving technologies and committed to continuous learning.
Customer-focused approach to ensure seamless user experiences and endpoint performance.

Fluent in French, Dutch and English
You have Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM (configuration, policy management, deployment).
