Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Tactical Planner, you will:
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with agencies and clients, ensuring they’re always up to date on campaign progress.
- Stay current with digital trends, innovations, and best practices in the ever-evolving digital media landscape.
- Collaborate closely with agencies to align on goals and drive satisfaction.
- Work hand in hand with Digital Executives to ensure seamless campaign setup and execution.
- Deliver clear, structured expert briefings to support efficient implementation.
- Represent the company in client-facing meetings when requested by the agency.
- Develop data-driven, goal-oriented digital media strategies in consultation with experts and strategists.
- Identify the most effective digital channels for campaign execution (Search, Social, Programmatic, Direct IO, etc.) and allocate budgets accordingly.
- Collaborate with the AdOps team to ensure precise tracking for robust performance analysis.
- Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spending and maximum return on investment.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and improve future strategy.
- Prepare and present detailed campaign reports including KPIs, trends, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct A/B tests to continuously optimize campaign elements.
- Report directly to the Tactical Planning Lead.
- Collaborate with Magna on specific projects, such as TV negotiation budgets.
- Keep an eye on the media landscape – from publisher updates and rate cards to tech developments and media innovations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning or related fields.
- Strong understanding of media channels and performance marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
