We are currently looking for a motivated deputy post supervisor within our department.
Description du poste
As a deputy post supervisor, you will have an extensive range of duties:
- You take care of the daily organisation of your post and you are the point of contact for the agents, the customer and Securitas.
- You carry out operational assignments and you manage and coordinate your team of agents.
- You perform a number of administrative tasks (such as planning, attending customer meetings, reviewing/approving your team's performance, etc.).
- You coordinate the agents' mandatory training courses and give training on the job yourself
Qualifications
- You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English.
- You have a driving licence and a car.
- You have experience as a security guard.
- Flexible: you can adapt well to changing circumstances and instructions and can communicate this clearly and correctly to your team.
- Stress-resistant, customer-oriented and strong communicator.
- You have good computer knowledge.
- You are communicative and have the necessary people skills: you can manage a team and communicate instructions clearly.
