Data Scientist - GenAI & Dataiku Specialist
Location: Brussels, Belgium

You'll be working at the intersection of Generative AI, conversational data analysis, and business impact—leveraging Dataiku to build scalable data workflows, deploy models, and empower non-technical teams with smart solutions.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data science roles.
- Strong expertise with Dataiku for data preparation, modeling, and deployment.
- Proven experience with GenAI and LLM technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks
- Hands-on expertise with unstructured text data and applying advanced analytics.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Mandatory Languages: French OR Dutch + English (C1 minimum)
Nice to have:
- Experience working in multi-lingual, international environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying models.
- Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Vector DBs, or prompt evaluation frameworks.
Responsabilities:
- Analyze and process customer conversations (chats, call transcripts) using Dataiku (visual recipes & code) and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
- Apply advanced GenAI/NLP techniques to extract meaningful insights from unstructured text data.
- Collaborate with teams across Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detect and categorize signals of customer dissatisfaction, providing clear reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use prompt engineering to surface topics, intents, and behavioral indicators.
- Build web apps and solutions in Dataiku to democratize insight generation for non-technical users.
- Ensure all work complies with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Actively contribute to the Data Science Center of Excellence and support internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
