About the role


We’re on a mission to create an exceptional experience for our customers—and we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven and creative CRM & Communication Specialist to help us do just that.



In this role, you will be responsible for all customer-facing communication – emails, campaigns, apps, customer zone, and any other relevant channel. Your mission is to ensure that all our communication enhances our customers’ experience, loyalty, and satisfaction. You will oversee creating engaging and relevant content, coordinating multi-channel strategies, and continuously monitoring performance and optimizing communication to better engage and support our customers. You will own our CRM and automation platform (customer.io) – setting up and maintaining lifecycle email campaigns, segmentation, and triggers to ensure our communications are personalized, timely and impactful.


What will you do?

  • Develop and implement email automation strategies and lifecycle campaigns aligned with our customer experience goals

  • Own the CRM system (customer io), ensuring accurate data usage and optimal segmentation

  • Create and manage compelling content for email, app and customer zone

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and engagement metrics

  • Generate insights and make proactive recommendations to improve communication performance and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Services, Operations, and other teams to align messages and strategies

  • Stay up to date with email marketing trends and automation best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table


Your profile


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing automation and CRM management

  • Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms (Customer.io is a plus!)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization

  • A creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and the ability to think outside the box

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
