A day in your life
Contribute to the vision and strategy for credit risk components that are integrated part of lending products of the bank
Focus on process optimization, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration; own innovation and continuous improvement based on data driven insights: drive automation and digitization, recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and recommend tools and new technologies
Own functional design of credit elements (i.e. credit policy rules or models) needed for efficient and effective management of credit risk within individual portfolio and/or total bank level
Define technical implementation requirements and steer implementation of changes across IT platforms (including decision making engine)
Own roadmap for delivery of agreed milestones and steer execution of credit risk changes for end-to-end implementation regarding the credit process and respective engines
Combine versatile credit expertise and profiles to ensure overall consistency in the design of the final credit features of the products / process
Act as the bridge between business tribes, transactional risk domains while eliminating knowledge silos within risk teams (policy, models, data, analytics) to remove bottlenecks and accelerate delivery.
Accountable that implemented credit process meets defined risk appetite, align with Group standard and is regulatory compliant
Prepare key performance reports on effectiveness of credit process toward internal and external stakeholders
