Now we are looking for a Construction Manager in our office in Nivelles or Mechelen.
As a Construction manager, you will be responsible for executing all investment projects in accordance with the planning, while delivering high quality projects. Therefore, we are looking for a customer-oriented candidate, with the ability to anticipate and define customer/project needs.

Plan and manage daily site activities, supervising workforce and subcontractors.

Coordinate material deliveries and resolve technical or logistical issues.

Organize site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.

Administer contracts, track changes, and support procurement to prevent delays.

Review and coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.

Review payment requests, monitor costs and schedules, and maintain project documentation.

Stakeholder Communication

Ensure clear communication among architects, engineers, consultants, and the client.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

Enforce HSE measures and environmental regulations, including green certifications if needed.

Project Handover & Commissioning
- Manage final inspections, punch lists, testing, and commissioning for timely project handover.
Requirements

BS or Master's degree in construction management, architecture or related field.

Experience : minimum of 8 years in Construction Management projects or related fields.

Knowledge of project management systems and tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Project)

Experience developing projects in a manufacturing environment.

Mastery of MsOffice (Word, Excel), experience with construction management software (MS Projects, Primavera, Auto-CAD, Lets-Build/Aproplan,...)

Languages: English and French or Dutch are required.
