Clinical Manager - Transplant Care
Location: EMEA (Ideally based France/Belguim)
After successful development of the portfolio in the US, Getinge are excited to bring the Paragonix Transplant Care (TC) portfolio to the European market, and you can be a part of this journey! The Transplant Care portfolio has been transforming transplantation with novel systems that better protect human organs for their journey through transplantation to a human donor.
We are excited to be recruiting for a newly created position for a Clinical Manager to join us covering Transplant Care across the EMEA region. In this key, field-based role you will be responsible for the clinical training and education activity for Transplant Care across EMEA, providing expert knowledge and support for implementation and end users.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Commercial and clinical support of Getinge TC products across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) territory.
- Provide product training to Hospital Account, physician & staff as well as follow-up in-service and clinical support for new and existing customers and distributors.
- Remote support for product clinical support consultation
- Provide information on market trends and intelligence
- Participation in regional, national and international trade shows & conferences.
- Knowledgeable of product clinical data and clinical trials taking place within assigned geography.
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on TC and answer detailed questions about TC products, clinical applications and use
- Pro-actively and consistently communicate and provide necessary information within team and cross functional departments to achieve the Company goals and enhance business practices

What you bring:
- Experience working with the medical device industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- A nursing, perfusion, physician degree, cardiovascular technician or transferable medical discipline would be desirable.
- Experience in the Organ Transplantation arena would be highly desirable
- Fluency in French and English is essential. Conversational fluency in Dutch/Flemish would be desirable, along with any other European languages.
- Preferably the candidate would work and live in either France or French-speaking Belgium.
- This role is an outside clinical remote (EU based) position with expectations of regular in-person customer visits.
- Must be willing to travel internationally, including overnight and air travel, up to 60% of the time.
- Must be willing to be available after-hours and, at times, formally on-call related to the nature of conducting business in the transplant space.
- Must be able to carry bulky items up to 13kg, stand for extended periods of time and prolonged, unpredictable hours in high stress environments such as operating rooms.
- Excellent Clinical, Relationship Building, Communication, Listening, Organization, Critical Thinking, and Collaboration skills.
- Must hold a valid driver's license
