People & Culture
Monitor performance of team members and work on lifting team to the next level
Manage personal growth plans, onboarding and hiring together with HR and COO
Operations:
Organise efficient planning, resourcing, and timely delivery
Follow up on complaints and operational bottlenecks
Implement and optimize systems to scale and support the growth of SuReal
Project management of larger projects, together with a junior and team of experts
Finance & strategy
Monitor P&L and follow up monthly: project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
Monitor KPIs across projects & identify opportunities
You report to and are the right hand of COO/CEO, and part of the management team.
Master’s degree (preferably engineer), 10+ yrs of experience, including 5+ yrs in managing teams (+ 8p)Background in consultancy (fee-based business model) preferred, with strong knowledge of the real estate sector, asset mgt or ESG. Genuine interest in sustainability is essential

Fluent in NL & Eng (French is a plus)
