YOUR ROLE
As a Business Process Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze current business processes and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives and operational improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, providing actionable insights and regular reporting.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-haves:
- Fluent in English.
- Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s).
- Around 12 years of experience in IT and Business Analysis.
- Proficient in BPM & BPMN, AS-IS/To-Be Modelling, and Process Mapping.
- European citizen, willing to work in the Brussels office at least 2 days a week.
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of French and Dutch.
- Highly communicative, down-to-earth, and enjoys working in a diverse team.
